One day last week it was snowing pretty hard and Brian (the neighborhood snowblower) took Jackson with him to serve the neighbors. The street they are on right now has a lot of elderly people on it. So while Brian snowblowed, Jackson shoveled. It was a great lesson in service.
They were gone for about an hour, but as they were walking home, I noticed Jackson had several things in his hands. All of the neighbors had given him little things - stuffed animals, candy canes, chocolate etc... It was so sweet.
