Swim School

My kids started "swim school" at the local pool. It's different than the normal swimming lessons they've had at the same school because it's an hour long instead of the normal 30 minutes. It's half lesson, half play. They LOVE it. I promised them all new goggles. Kait was grouchy (lack of sleep) - get a load of her face! But here they are the morning of the first day of swim school (no, Carli didn't go swimming, just had to put on her swimsuit for the picture!) Guess how much her swimsuit cost? $1 - yes, that's right, 1 whopping dollar at the Dollar Store. Who knew?

Another classic Kait expression

She cheered up though when she got to the pool. Here they are with the other kids in swim school. Ironically, 2 of the other kids had the exact same goggles as my kids.

Kait as 90 yr old woman - glasses and no teeth! seriously, I think that's one of the funniest pictures I've ever seen of her! (besides the grouchy girl ones at the top!) At least she's smiling in this picture though!

It is that time of year, isn't it? Our lessons don't start until next month because June can be a little chilly around here. Have fun with your lessons.

Is that at the awesome pool near the cottonwood mall? We always wanted to go there when we lived across the street but never got around to it! Looks so much fun though!
