Bear Lake - part 2

Unbeknownst to us, we were "one with nature" while at Bear Lake. Brian noticed the boys throwing sand at something and when he went over to find out what it was, Jackson said, "we are trying to kill a frog!" yikes! So Brian quickly caught it and gave a lesson to the kids about how we don't "try to kill" things. And so they each took a turn petting the frog (Kaitlin about poked her finger strait through it, which made it jump, and then she screamed and it was really funny!). And then the kids even found another frog while we were there. Do frogs live at the beach?
And the next item of business was a ladybug that kept crawling up Brian and my mom's legs. So we had to get a picture of it as well.
I thought this was a really sweet picture of Kaitlin and Jackson laying in the water.
And another sweet picture of Kaitlin and Logan sitting in the water. It is true what they say - Bear Lake is about 1 mile of water up to your ankles. The kids LOVED it!
A great picture of the ladybug on my mom's arm and Jackson trying to get it to crawl onto his finger. These are my favorite "artistic shots" of the trip... and no, I don't want to be a photographer, I just thought they turned out cool!
