The first day of school for Jackson and Logan was yesterday. They both had great days and enjoyed seeing their friends again! We're off to a great start!
Carli thinks she is a student too. The girls and I walk the boys to school every morning and we meet up with a big group of kids from our neighborhood. Carli always says, "I need my pack-pack!" So she wears it like she is one of the big kids! And it's almost as big as she is!
We had a family party at Brian's brother's house on Sunday to celebrate Ella and Kaitlin's birthdays. Last year, my niece Diana took us all on a hike in her backyard (nice backyard huh?) and so we decided we wanted to go on another hike. We were not prepared for what she took us on. A 2 hour, greuling hike almost to the top of this particular mountain. You can't tell in this picture but we were all SWEATING bullets and super exhausted! More pictures to come! HOWEVER, it was a fabulous time together as a family. We are planning our next hikes already!
